The LOW CARBON TECHNOLOGY CENTER is Non-profit organization, established in 2015 at our 10 members initiative, joined with the interest to take part actively in Environment Protection and Climate change mitigation activity in Mongolia. The organizational structure consists of Management board elected by member's meeting, Executive Director designated by the Management board. The Monitoring team has been organized with the aim to conduct GHG assessments.
